Looking for Sorbonne Campus/Carlos Pueblo

Looking for Sorbonne Campus/Carlos Pueblo

Sorbonne campus is one of the major reasons why I come to visit Paris.
There were Chinese students coming to Paris for education during the
early 20th century and becoming so distinguished in Chinese literature of
converting classical written language to regular spoken language. These
pioneer scholars’ written work have done so much influence on students
of the later generation including me. Some of them did come to Sorbonne.
Sorbonne was started as a theological seminary as all the famous western
universities. Sorbonne is famous for its liberal arts and sciences colleges.

I checked my photos gallery which shows no pictures of the one shown on
Google’s campus search. I thought that was because Sorbonne was built in
The real estate precious Latin District of Paris, an urban campus, no college
gate, no lake, and no hill, etc. I did see the Pantheon, many churches, Marie
Curie College of Science, and of course the student could walk to the huge and
beautiful of Luxemburg Park for leisure reading and the National Library and
St. Michael Notre-Dame for regular need of college life.

There is a Pantheon Sorbonne University included on the list of Sorbonne campus
that I think is to utilize the huge architecture and its resource. I met a Chinese
girl on Barcelona Art Museum. She went to Paris for undergraduate study and
Sorbonne was her French language school. She then went to finish her degree
In another college and continued her graduate study in London and work in a
bank after graduation.
