Garden Café/ Carlos Pueblo

Garden Café/ Carlos Pueblo

Garden is located on Deck 12 backward of the ship of this cruise line. It is
my restaurant of the cruise vacation that I can enjoy the free style cruise,
i.e. keep my hat to cover my bald head and shades to cover up my wrinkle
eyes, etc. The ship sends its majority of staff up to manage this cafeteria to
serve most of the passengers and this is why I meet most of my adopted
darling daughters. At the entrance, I can see the washee washee for the hand
sanitation, the hostess at least three of them, waiters and waitresses to remove
and clean the tables, behind the food counters chefs and behind the scene junior
chefs in and out of the huge kitchen, two head chefs circling around, and countless
restaurant striped uniform managers even including the captain. They all want to
make sure the smoothly operation of this restaurant. Usually I come to visit the café
right after boarding the ship to have lunch to save money for a meal outside.

I ran into Karla Esteff, Amy’s favorite daughter from Peru and a roommate of Myra
of Philippine on vacation. She was surprised to see me again in just one and half
month. I congratulated her for her promotion to be a hostess at la Cucina and on duty
at the café. I delivered Amy’s German chocolate present to her immediately when the
luggage arrived to my stateroom. There are five Peruvian daughters now, Maria will
be with Pearl in New Orleans and Alaska later. When I made up a sentence in Spanish,
Si, conozco Keiko Fujimori, por que? Su padre Alberto es mi amigo. I wrote about it on
my blog, Alicia, Kara, and Maria were all smile and silent yet only Leezet, a hostess on
Jasmine Restaurant, smiled and poked a question asking me where did I meet Alberto
Fujimori, in his private garden jail? We had had a very interesting conversation about
Peruvian national political affairs. Jasmine is also my favorite snack restaurant for its
spicy seafood udon, a Japanese style soup noodle.

My first daughter, Cristina Sales the injured one on leave, used to be the manager of this
Restaurant and the current manager, Richie of Mauritius, was under her back then. This
fine Asian Indian gentleman even delivered my noodle bowl to me himself if the waitress
was tied up. I almost adopted all the waitresses here and had had a founded memory.
Catherine always reminds her colleagues that I have adopted her right on the first sight
which means that she is very beautiful and I cannot let her go. One day when she asked
me where did I go next and I replied to the casino. She stepped down her foot with a
disgust expression for gambling. I explained to her to visit my others daughters only.
There is another daughter, Delora Sale, who taught me Tagalog to reinforce my two
lessons on board, Sun and Jade. I now can do a broken Tagalog, for instance:
Mabuhay, magandang umaga, Ako si Carlos Pueblo de Formosa, un neutralized Filipino,
comesta ga? Ang ganda ganda mo talaga. Mahal na Mahal kita sobra, Paalam. The
instructor said that was not a broken at all and people understood well.
