Custodian daughters on board/Carlos Pueblo

Custodian daughters on board/Carlos Pueblo

Cruise ship is like a moving township at sea. It required a whole bunch of
staff to maintain the operation. We met a cute well educated custodian on
Deck 6 and Deck 7 area last trip cross the Atlantic Ocean and adopted her
as our daughter. Her name is Mara of Manila, very sweet, beautiful, and with
a noble clause that she likes to help her younger brother to finish the engineering
school at home. Amy loves her so much; therefore, I have to carry a small box
of German chocolate to her this time. Her colleagues told me that she was on a
floating schedule on every deck of needed support. Finally, after the first two days,
I tracked her down on Deck 10 corridor while she was busy for cleaning the
staterooms. A stone face manager was on site and I didn’t dare to say much and
came back to deliver the present. I had seen her several times afterward, on Deck
11 steps, disembark at Caracao before the floating bridge that was with several
friends with a pretty civilian dress, I was behind her on my balcony seat at Jasmine
when she was with a stripe officer for a sashimi dinner, one time she ran into me
and mentioned that Bengi was on sick day leave due to eyes problem. I was very
concerned because they toughed chemical detergents often. I was released when I
saw her again and closely looking her both still pretty eyes.

This Benji was one of Mara’s colleague whom I attempted to locate her at the beginning
of the trip. I gradually  adopted them all as my daughters on board. She is very shy because
of her junior status, yet Danica the youngest is brightly outgoing. Amy saw the photos which I took and recognized Lovely and Norri immediately. They are all well qualified with a very good
discipline and working spirit. I am very happy for Captain Ingar Kjellin for such a group of
the finest staff working under him. I met him at the casino and presented my compliment and
he agreed.

Amy and I just made a quick trip to visit our daughter in Austin, Texas for monthly maintenance
at her house of 1,500 square foot plus a 8,000 square foot yard with two small gardens in the
front and back.  Amy does the house cleaning and helps me getting rid of weeds on the gardens.
We understand that our daughter is unable to schedule her time to do such job. She is too busy
at work and we don’t mind to help her. This kind of house chores requires a special patience
and dedication. A neighbor rents a huge house across the street from us, 4,000 sq. ft. and a
young maid comes regularly to help to clean his house inside plus walks his pet dog, Milo. She
tells Amy that she loves this job and I don’t doubt it at all. On the outside lawn, his lawn is in
better appearance than mine, he also hires lawn care workers maw the yard  weekly. In Houston,
we need a lot of such fine people helping us to live this way of living and don’t mention a luxury
cruise for its maintenance.
