Listen to Professor Chuei Lien Chen’s 228 Massacre

Professor
Chen was invited by Houston Taiwanese Association to deliver
a speech of 72
anniversary memorial of that massacre of Taiwanese by
Chiang
Kai-sek’s Nationalist Army on February 28, 1947. I was one of the
innocent
ghost wondering around the surface of Taiwan and re-entered
at the end
of that year of pig at a mountain town of the center of Taiwan.
She started
her research after the release of government files of this matter.
Her
conclusion of the massacre included the military occupation of the
Nationalist
Chinese Army in Taiwan in 1945, the massacre itself, and the
White terror
rule in Taiwan ever since. She shows very much in details of
her research
and a very clear indication of the culprit, the guilty ones.
I told her
briefly after the speech and my turn to ask question. I say that
the guilty
ones is the Chinese Civilization. These kinds of massacre have
been occurred
all the time in China now and before for several thousand
years. It is
the way as the conqueror to rule China. It is still happening in
current day
China. Chinese do not recognize human right and the rulers
always
consider they own their citizen like cattle or domestic poultry that
there is no
rule of law to be protect. Tienanmen Gate massacre and the
Uyghur
Eastern Turkistan Oppression, etc. This is a tradition of the barbarian
behavior of
Chinese rulers background.
We must
understand and realize this fact and my conclusion is the same
thought of
current day Taiwanese desire to be self-rule in Taiwan, keeps
Chinese away
from Taiwan and maintain the democracy and freedom in
Taiwan,
furthermore, I remind every voters in Taiwan to keep away the
China
friendly Chinese nationalist party to return to power; therefore, we
can solve
the injustice gradually, step by step, until we can achieve the
same status
of the civilized world like the U.S., Japan, and the most of
the Western
Civilized World.
