重返日本/莊峻華

凌晨網路報到邁阿密機程，順便查詢東京機票，果然找著一家特價

機會，連忙訂下機票，這是明年春天櫻前線花見季，想到重返日本

，內心興奮，我應重拾日本教科書，及早通知日本好友，準備帶愛

美新幹線，環繞日本，我知道喜歡拜訪之城鎮，新幹線直達北斗，

無能線沿日本海岸，出雲市，熊本震壞之城垣，松本城，大谷君夫

婦答應，攜帶愛美參觀姬路城，我仍舊希望找出當年，家父旅行日

本一週，所津津樂道之路線。

新幹線可以遠達，日本歌謠中之任何城鎮，可以參觀幕府時代小說

中之逸事，武藏小次郎決鬥之島，還有溫泉，我應專程拜望仙台，

感謝中餐廳女主人，親切招待，介紹日本，這不過是幾年前之往事

，還有失切渡口，湯島白梅，光是東京一都，已是頭暈目眩。

春初，北海道仍舊積雪不退，本州九州四國，櫻花開始花開，日本

農夫開始耕種，火車沿野一片，我最喜歡日本火車旅行，我無需煩

惱車禍，旅店提供廉價朝食，這次我要帶愛美上居酒屋，就是一盤

生魚片，佐以清酒或生啤酒，只是我之日語侷促一隅，不若休市日

式酒吧，和素燒師傅聊天。

After Columbus discovered the America, Caribbean Sea became the legend

of pirate and old islands of slave trade. I am going to visit the southern

Caribbean on a cruise and is recommended by a neighbor to visit a slave

Museum at Aruba. He was from a neighbor nation called Trinidad and

Tobago, of which used to be Spanish then British got it and when Britain

was under German threat became independent. He pointed it out Aruba was

Dutch Slave Trade, the first one among British, Spanish, and French slave trade

In the Caribbean. Very interesting conversation with my neighbors after that I

mentioned my trip plan, another neighbor who was from Venezuela indicated

the Dutch liked to mix and asked me to see myself. I thought of the Inquisition

and didn’t dare to mention here in my blog. Another neighbor indicated that

the fruit Queva of my favorite was actually from nearby Costa Rica. Anyway, I

am more interested in the old slavery into the connection of current day low

minimum wage, labor slave, and migrant worker in the modern world, especially

in China.

According to what I read on Chinese literature, novel or history, the defeated side

of a war became the slave of the side of victory. Slave could be traded like in the

Caribbean or New Orleans markets and the children of a slave family were called

home grown slave. This phenomenon officially prohibited in 1949 when the

Communist took over China, yet until recently Google search still lists China is

slave existed nation. I thought that was because of low wage or poverty until I

heard a story of a Chinese labor returned from Jamaica. We were waiting at

Frankfurt airport for planes. This gentleman was originally from Anhui Province

Not far from Shanghai and he was under a contract which I guessed as a capital

Investment from a Chinese Bank that means a Jamaica project funded by Chinese

and required to hire Chinese general contractor to hire Chinese labor. His general

contractor treated his Chinese labors as slave that what he said and he did give me

horrible details. I felt so sorry for him yet I did listen fully before I boarded my plane

to Heathrow. I asked myself what was happening of Chinese 2^nd largest GDP economy

in the world next to the great U.S.

Of course, I must admit that the poverty is still existed in the United States. I don’t

fully understand the reasons why; however, I do see the administration attempting

to solve the issue through welfare system and free education and I also know that

our family must step in to help our own family member to avoid failure. To China,

harassing Taiwan is not the priority of a national regime who is facing so much of

domestic issues such as labor slave, minority conflict, environmental crisis, and

territorial argument with neighboring nations.

週日將搭機抵邁阿密，再搭十日郵輪旅行南加勒比海，鄰居建議參觀

奴奴隸博物館，蓋此為古奴隸島，歐洲販奴轉口站，英帝國兩次危機

中，均紛紛獨立，我期待吃到蕃石榴，另一鄰居曰，可能是來自哥斯

達黎加，我比較興趣奴隸歷史，歐洲海強諸國，繼海盜船橫行加勒比

海後，開始在非洲買奴隸，到美洲來販售，英國，法國，和荷蘭等均

有，鄰居來自千里達，就近委內瑞拉曰，荷蘭人最早，又有一位哥倫

比亞人鄰居曰，荷蘭人混種最為平常，我似乎可以了解，指是不便指

出，應該從西班牙之驅逐異教徒開始。非洲奴隸歷史，一直持續到近

代美國社會，根深柢固，美國政府希望從教育著手，改善社會收入產

生之階級差異，就是消除奴隸歷史之悲劇，我要談者為中國之奴隸歷

史傳統，到現在之奴工現象，不是我在唱衰中國，我們家中，也有最

低工資，接近代奴工之家人，我的解決方法。

最近，中國一部紅樓夢電視劇，引來紅學熱潮，有講評者提到中國奴

隷制度，例如書中之十二位戲子，還有賈府中之奴俾，最後帝王影片

中，幫溥儀獄中穿鞋之那位獄友，中國自古一直有奴隸，戰敗國官員

家人都是征服者之奴隸，世代傳承，非常複雜，其中奴隸婚生子女曰

家生，也是奴隸，紅書提到雍正皇帝廢奴，中國人民革命後，也廢止

奴隸，我查谷歌，中國奴隸還在，而且我在德國法蘭克福機場候機室

，遇見一位中國在外勞工，他描述他在牙買加當造屋工人，契約老板

是中國人，扣留護照，拳打腳踢，他說像奴隸一般之生活，我不是故

意波中國冷水，美國之社會，也有最低工資，，無法維持起碼生活之

奴隸工資，這是社會弱勢，有為政府應該優先關注之政策，社會福利

為其一，教育其二，家庭需要介入幫助。

元兒自幼受委屈，跟不上學校進度，但我們堅持幫忙鼓勵，終於大學

畢業，在一超市當店員，於是我們開始他之財務安排計劃，不等到政

府仁慈之福利計劃，現在我仍舊每年，向他短期貸給款，他之儲續投

資紅利，已經臻其收入到繳稅範圍，提到奴隸工資，他也不覺被歧視

，反稱電腦公司進來超市生意，將危及最低工資者就業機會，我聽聞

後，不覺淚下，舉世真為適者生存，敗者淘汰之社會，無打算者，永

遠有被社會奴隸之威脅。

Germany after WWII was perished second times. This is the third discussion

of my current nation of a previous empire after Japan and Great Britain

following my report of the seminar of Taiwan, China, and the United States

triangular relations by decade’s end held in Houston, Texas. I have had two

monthly long trips to Germany and done some understanding and written

my journal about Germany and I firmly believe that Germany as well as the

European Union should be included as a major factor for the independent

Nation of Taiwan. Luckily, Professor Hsieh Chi-wei is the current representative

For Tsai’s Administration and he is the man.

From what I found, the Western Roman Empire was toppled by the German

speaking kingdoms in the 5^th century and the Eastern in current day Istanbul

became Byzantine and Ottoman followed up. Europe became a German

dominant the Holly Roman Empire, the emperors were elected by a voting

council of city states at that time. I know at least two such emperors, Maria

Theresa of the Austro-Hungary Empire and King Charles IV of Prague, Bohemia.

A German state capital in Berlin called Prussia became very dominant in the

middle of 19^th century after Napoleon destroyed the Holly Empire in the first

half of that century. The famous premier, Otto von Bismarck, helped the Prussia

Kaiser to defeat three European Empires, 1860 Viking of Copenhagen, 1862

Austro-Hungary of Vienna, and 1865 Louis Napoleon of Paris. The German city

States held a conference at a church in Frankfurt to elect Prussia Kaiser as the

Emperor of a newly founded German Empire. In 1917, the Empire collapsed due

to the first European War and the Nazi Germany collapsed again in 1945 after

the great WWII. Germany has stood up from the perish and become the leader

of the European Union nowadays.

Germany, a current nation of a previous empire, has inherited a lot of historical

glory and previous owned empire territory including current day Poland, Baltic

three nations, Czech Republic, and even Belarus, etc. There is no territory claim

of anything similar to China, another current nation of a previous empire. A

German youngster whom I met in Oahu, Hawaii indicated Germany paid a heavy

price for the defeated war. I also met many Chinese students schooling in Germany

and I sincerely hope after their study and return to China and become the back bones

of China, they can learn Germany.

that I like to share with you.

You're so right. I can also point out an example within my family. My cousin, a gynaecologist,

went to the University of Bonn in 1963 and completed his training and worked briefly in that

nation and took a Fulbright scholarship and came to NYC. The story was that he had a hard

time to get a green card because he didn't dare to go back to Taiwan and waited for such visa.

He is your alumnus, Taiwan University Medical School. Germany at that time was rare in demand

domestically. Even now, the supply and demand market of such level is about the same. The

case of your classmate that I can imagine the reason. Germany purchased nuclear power from

France at the beginning and now totally stop everything of nuclear power plant.

What I mean for the immigrant's priority in Europe is based on the acceptance of refugee from

the middle east even including the Turks, a former ally of the German Empire.

德國在二戰後，幾乎亡國，也是我古帝國今存者系列之一，我已經

敘述日本和英國，旅行南美行中，偶然發現日耳曼人，在南美也有

許多影響力，我先大概說明我對德國之了解，我在兩次旅行德國之

遊記，有詳細報告過，這次台美中三角關係研討會心得報告中，我

更以為歐盟也應該為因素之一，尤其謝志偉博士為駐德代表，和過

去國民黨中國人代表，非常不一樣之背景，熱愛台灣之程度。

我研究之結果，日耳曼部落，是滅亡西羅馬帝國之主力，然後東羅

馬是當今之土耳其，也是我古帝國今存者之一，但無需浪費讀者精

神。西羅馬帝國亡後，就是神聖羅馬帝國，帝亡由指定幾王國推薦

，然後教宗批准，中間經過奧圖曼北征，波蘭王國之興起，神聖王

國大帝中，包括一位奧匈帝國女皇，布拉格之波西米亞國王，這些

王國，均漸次臣服於講日耳曼語之普魯士王國，普國首都柏林，有

位著名宰相曰卑斯麥，協助普皇，三次擊敗三大帝國，1860擊敗哥

法各國，惠及外國學生，我最喜歡訊問中國人，中國義務教育幾年，

問了三十五年，中國政府不相信義務教育，就是愚民政策，最後一位

休大化工系博士班女生曰，在中國一定要考上第一等大學研究所，始

有免學費法令，並且有生活補助金。

1914年，德意志帝國發動歐戰，英帝國自顧不暇，許多南美英屬地獨

立，美國介入，打破僵局，德意志帝國滅亡，所以我算約是半世紀之久

，但普魯士王國興盛多年是事實。戰敗後之德國割地賠款，十餘年後，

納粹執政，又掀起第二次歐戰，滅亡法國，直逼英倫海峽，英帝國幾乎

撐不住，幸好美國再度介入，德國二度亡國，美英法蘇分割德國，戰後

德國在廢墟中重建，東西德統一之前之西德，已經是歐洲第一強。

我說敬佩膽敢發動世界大戰之國家，德國青年叫苦連天曰，彼等付出慘

痛代價，對割讓後之領土也不聞不問，德國是移民最愛之國，美國當然

第一有機會，德國第二，德國從來不說固有領土，或是武力解決，我在

德國旅行，遇見許多中國留學生，深切寄望矣。

Each time when I hear the disputation of the Senkaku Islands or

the Diaoyudo Islands, I think of the Great Britain, current of

the British Empire, the way they have resolved the identical

disputation of the cod fishing right and the oil exploration right

both at the North Sea with Iceland and Norway by negotiation.

Of course, this also includes the South China Sea. Taiwan and the

U.S., a new Nation and a current World Power are not subject to

my discussion while China is, a current nation of a previous empire

and must behave as a great and civil nation.

Nations of the previous British Empire are still hanging the Empire’s

Union Jack on their national flags nowadays. We can also see various

office buildings such as India Office, South Africa Office etc. around the

Trafalgar Square at Westminster district of London. English are used to

the fact of the diminished United Kingdom and post no threat to use

force to the Scottish independent talk. This is a totality of confidence

and maturity as a nation of previous empire. I don’t even to mention

London and Edinburgh, the only two cities which I have visited, even

the countryside along the railroad  is unique and charming and I wonder

if the British Royalty still owns the mass landscape. It doesn’t really

matter that the Empire has provided abundant lands all over the world

for their citizen interested.

I believe that the U.S. has inherited the British Legal System and followed

through completely which makes the U.S. great. Canada, Australia, New Zealand

, South Africa, India, etc. People of the former colonies are mostly impressed the

Set up of British rules of law. As a Taiwanese of previous Manchu Dynasty, I

Don’t have such feeling toward China and we are not alone.

From with Empire to without Empire, You to Wu in Daoism, the Britain take so

well and I hope eventually the British Colleges pass it to the Chinese students one

of these days.

最為有趣之，古帝國今存者，莫過於大英帝國，世界上許多大小國

家，仍舊保留英帝國旗幟，許多大英帝國協國家辦事處大樓，就樹

立在紀念納爾遜大將之特拉法格廣場附近，英國成功處理過兩處北

海領遇爭執，一是與冰島之鱈魚糾紛，一是與挪威解決北海石油權

，尤其後者，可以讓台美中三角關係研討會注意，讓中國人和中國

政府思考，不要一直逼破台灣，這是反文明之無知行為，人神共憤

。兩案都是和平解決，當然歷史上，也有武力衝突之記錄，例如攻

入華府，焚燒白宮等，放棄美國這塊豬頭，兩次幫忙淪於覆巢之下

無完卵，此句引自我們台諺，豬頭不顧，顧鴨卵。

台灣不會豬頭不顧顧鴨蛋，釣魚台和太平島，從國民黨到民進黨之

政策，都是能分杯油水，就阿彌陀佛或感謝主，不如集中精力，提

醒中國，古帝國今存者，一個中國，九二共識之荒謬絕倫，無知已

極，先說蘇起公之各自表述，他說九二共識是，一個中國，各自表

述，台灣國民黨曰中華民國，北京曰中華人民共和國，這實在是兩

個中國，北京和中文媒體，也故作耳聾眼瞎，一直到台灣人之覺醒

，唾棄中國國民黨，英帝國一直吞不下美國這塊固有領土，燒白宮

也入侵紐奧良，當年全球最佳海陸軍，擊敗法國拿破崙大帝，卻敗

在傑克森之美國散兵遊勇，臨時民兵，我寫遊記，後來英軍兩營，

也敗在阿根廷之布宜諾斯艾利斯，所以我說1982年福克蘭群島衝突

，英國被迫出兵，郵輪船長曰，可能是捕魚權，有土耳其遊客曰石

油權，很多鴨蛋，但豬頭是福島居民幾千人，台灣是兩千三百萬鴨

蛋，中國要注意，西藏和新疆，這兩塊大豬頭，還有近代中國之工

業奴隸，台美中三角關係之論文，幾乎避而不談，犬兒嘉元，在超

市當店員曰中國仍舊是開發中國家，中國人民，仍舊不曾解放過。

我與英國人交談，一直稱讚當今英人，仍有英帝國之大國古風，而

且能屈能伸，英國人非常高興，也更進一步親近友善，我從愛丁堡

搭火車回倫敦，一路上風景如畫，不似一般農民可維持，例如美國

各州農場風景，因此我相信英倫三島土地，仍舊屬於貴族後代，抑

或教堂，然而一般平民無產階級呢？無慮也，他們都移民到現今大

英國協國家，一位女遊客與我討論曰，澳洲仍然充滿機會，就是土

地無限制，我如此苦口婆心，舉英帝國為例，奉勸中國和中國人，

要心存善念，如果我們台北柯市長，不敢奉勸其哲學，不如閱讀拙

作部落格，不要禁止中國人閱讀之權力，中國人不是奴隸。

We touched the status of Mongolia Nation during our Triangular Relations

among Taiwan, China, and the United States in Houston, Texas last Saturday.

You should be confused for what is the matter, Mongolia, China, and Taiwan.

Mongolian Empire under Genghis Khan and his children and grandchildren, etc.

His grandson, Kublai Khan, invaded China and ruled China for almost 100 years.

Chiang Kai-shek intended to cheat Chinese and claimed the current day Mongolia

as a part of his China, the Republic of China. He used his veto power at the United

Nations Security Council to reject Mongolia until 1961, 10 years later, his ROC was

expelled from the U.N. and replaced by the communist People Republic of China;

however, Stalin was ahead of the game and forced Mao Zedong to recognize the

independent of Mongolia in his humiliation encounter in 1949. Thanks to Ambassador

Raymond Burghardt for his explanation during the questions and answers section of

the seminar.

China will not allow Taiwan to amend such ridiculous territorial claim on Taiwan’s

Republic of China Constitution for the so many contradictory one China doctrine

and of course the famous 1992 consensus. That’s why I think that China prefers two

China policy, one in Peking called PRC, one in Taipei called ROC, two Chinas. However,

In their mind and their talk, they will eventually use force to make it one China.

Mao regretted what he signed at the 1949 humiliation from Stalin. In Chinese mind,

They will never forget such claim of sovereignty yet the Russian will not let them;

therefore, they can only pressure Taiwan and make Taiwanese go crazy and nut.

I have seen many documentary of Mongolia, a lovely plain with endless grass land

where I wonder if I shall have an opportunity to visit before the end of my life. I

sincerely wish the best and Mongolia Nation in peace without Chinese headache

forever.

這位科羅拉多大學陳教授發問，外蒙古在台美中三角關係之地位，

接著有一位教授提問，中國之神聖不可分割領土，到底要追溯到何

時？這是台灣和中國間癥結之所在，一個中國和九二共識，連美國

國務院都要容忍如此矛盾，非常有趣，容我分析。外蒙古之祖先，

成吉思汗曾經征服歐亞兩洲，俄羅斯四百年，中國近一百年曰元朝

，還有當今巴格達，後來俄羅斯和中東，趕走蒙古人帝國，蒙古人

一支，改信奉回教，從中東經波斯，印度等地回蒙古故國，在波斯

印度均留下王國痕跡，台灣之國民黨中華民國憲法曰，固有領土，

中國不准台灣修改如此矛盾曰，國土分裂，所以台灣國有許多中國

人邏輯不通之惡夢。主辦之葉教授簡單解釋，國民黨憲法中提到之

領土定義，就是曾經管到過者，均曰固有領土，就是中國持論，神

聖不可分割之領土，九二共識，一個中國原則之立論基礎。

我在台灣接受過四年大學獨立思考訓練，這是大一英文第一課，原

在七十年代，美國台獨立論，已經開始經懷疑兩邊中國憲法之定義

，如此說法，中國領土，真是無遠弗界矣，八十年代末期，台灣小

蔣死亡，我曾訊問中國官員，中國領土之定義和範圍，就是憲法中

之版圖主權，幾乎所有官員都不敢解釋，國民黨和共產黨中國掌權

者，中國自古講究糢糢糊糊，寧與外人，不給家奴，我懷疑滿清真

正統治過，西藏，外蒙古，和新疆，滿清和蒙古元朝等，都不是中

國人之漢人中國。

台灣人深知此中荒謬幼稚論，想要修憲卻又礙手礙腳於中國武力

恐嚇，我已經開始妥協內心壓抑，只要民進黨台灣人，在台灣執政

，絕對不讓國民黨中國人掌權，我內心已經平淨無浪，更興奮者，

得以參加如此台灣前途研討會，聆聽專家論述台灣，不亦樂乎？

全球諸歷史大帝國，處理固有領土，以英帝國最為有趣，我參觀過

許多舊日英帝國固有領土，包括長年居住美國，了解享受英帝國留

下來之制度，我期待大量中國留學生，學成回國後，能終究上改變

中國人之固有領土心態，如此有助益於世界和平。

GDP numbers of China have been mentioned all the time during the seminar

of Taiwan, China, and the United States Triangular Relations in Houston, Texas.

Chinese media likes to emphasize that China is #2 in the world and going to

supersede the U.S. as number 1 in the world GDP rank very soon. This is one of

its justification of the territory demand of Taiwan. GDP, the gross domestic

product, is a type of measurement in Economic for the total of governmental

output as well as non-governmental output per year if add on the international

trade numbers becomes GNP, the gross national product. Indeed Chinese GDP

is number 2, India is number 6, and Taiwan is number 22 for the moment;

however, it is not a measurement of the wealth of a nation, just product and

that is all. If we consider GNP per capita, means GNP divided by the national

population which is still not exactly representing the wealth of individual citizen

yet better picture of the income level of its citizen. China is way down to the

list of nations, way behind of Taiwan and Taiwanese like to ask why should I go

under Chinese rule? Hong Kong has the same question now.

The international capitals have been invested in China to build factories to

manufacture all kinds of goods to export to the rest of the world. The owner of

the factory must exchange the foreign currency into Chinese currency according

to the book which I read some 30 years ago by a British journalist of Hong Kong

South China Morning Post. China was still a nation under the U.N. definition of

hunger nations and accepted the food subsidy from the U.N. In order to maintain

the stability of Chinese currency, Chinese government have purchased huge amount

of U.S. Government Security, i.e. 30 years Treasury with a minimum interest. Professor

Chen did mention such free money loan to the U.S. was finally gotten rid of by Germany

in the early 90’s. Germany can put her interest priority to German Nation and China and

Taiwan still be unable to. I asked him who owned such huge amount of foreign currency,

and he hesitated for a moment and agreed that the foreign factory owners. One of my

lady client, Mrs. Lee of Houston disagreed. She said since Chinese government exchanged

the foreign currencies with Chinese currency to the factory owners Chinese Government

was the owner indeed, of course, Chinese government has the obligation according to

the western capitalism, Chinese currency must be valid. I still doubt that Chinese government

is the real owner.

I ask my dear readers, who own the great wealth of Chinese boom? If China is so rich, how come

most Chinese are so poor? Can we trust you to rule Taiwan if you still have problems in China?

國內外生產總值/莊峻華

在台美中三角關係研討會中，許多學者講述，均提到中國之

國內生產總值，全球排名第二，一般輿論媒體，甚至誤導是

今日中國強盛之證明，我有不同看法，這位邁阿密大學女教

授，珠恩˙ 德瑞耳，也懷疑中國之統計和經濟數據，我藉此

機會來正本清源，從國內生產總額開始，這是很流行之名稱

，中國是第二名無誤，印度現在是第六，台灣之灣大概是第

二十二，此數目來自，一全國民間生產，二政府生產，和政

府稅收，若再加上冒易進出口數目，就是國內外生產總值，一

般讀者，無所謂此名稱，這是衡量一國總生產實力之最可靠

工具，對，中國第二無誤，也無可爭辯，但這不表示中國之

經濟財政實力。

我早有此疑問，於是有一年在達拉斯夏令營，我訊問阿扁經

濟軍師，我們虎尾之陳博志教授，我問此錢屬誰？中國政府

？中國工廠，台灣說是台商或是外國廠商？或是中國人民？

我認為不屬中國或中國人民，博志稍微同意愚見，但我一位

博學女客戶李太太曰，屬中國政府，因台商收到外匯後，必

需依法兌換人民幣，此說令我惶恐至今，中國政府印大量印

人民幣，買下這些外匯，中國必需免費購買美國聯邦公債來

穩定人民幣，想到台灣獨立，連金融都融會貫通。

中國政府之有錢，是錢讓人民政府管理，一般貧窮國民，摸

不到此外匯，可以摸到者，共產黨高幹和經濟新貴，在中國

買不到東西，因為共產黨不承認私人房地產，一切都是租約

，房地產是人民政府所有，所以中國新貴和高幹，在境外搜

購房地產，當然需要面對當地房地產稅務，我們德州是百分

之三，而且是課稅房地產價值，無限制增加。我不認為中國

是國富民窮，美國是民富國窮之說法，博志當年提到德國在

九十年代，開始減少購買美國公債，外匯開始重建東德，很

有趣之話題。

最近旅行冰島，艾美購買一件風雪夾克，中國製造，店員曰

冰島並不生產任何東西，完全進口，全國僅賴觀光旅遊，也

是國內生產總值之大宗，冰島貌似富有國度，人民生活服飾

外表均佳，國內總值排名落後，但全國均開放，而且環境優

雅舉世聞名。
