The refugee becomes an issue in the western world. Trump reacts severely toward

the refugee and migrants along Mexican border with the United States, again, it is

the money issue. If you put the money into the measurement, it becomes very clear

for his behavior. Many American, at least half of the population, resent the foreign

immigrants to take advantage of the U.S. welfare benefit and drain the national

revenue. The same situation is occurred in Europe as well and they think that they are

not obligated. This is what I think that may help to solve the problem.

First of all, we must cut off the sanctuary heaven for the dictator after he falls from

power; therefore, he will think twice before he embezzle the limited fund from his

poor nation. It is a shame for the leader to enrich himself while the financial situation

is so desperate. Swiss, Saudi, and Egypt, etc. please take the notice.

Stop the covert action in the world and avoid the escalation to a war. The consequence

of war is refugee. Are those wars necessary? The history can tell; however, the politician

don’t learn from the history, i.e. wars in Sudan for petroleum; ISIS wars for religion:

Viet Nam War to fight Communism; Korean War for not feel well with Communist

aggression, etc. Russia, the U.S. Israel, and Iran, etc. are here to take a note.

Air borne the excess corps from the U.S. to starved nations to help people to have food

to eat. It is volunteer philanthropy. The needed nations must hire advanced nations

expert, like the peace corps personal, to manage the administration. We know those failing

nations such as Venezuela for example, the leader must understand that there is no

sanctuary heaven for him to go after he steps down and must seeks for help which comes

from some advanced nations such as the U.S., Japan, Germany, England, the Netherlands,

etc. yet not Russia, China, or Cuba, etc. On the contrary, they need to be help.

My home country, Taiwan, was under Japanese Colonial rule for 50 years, 1895-1945, and

after WWII, under the Chinese Nationalist rule as a nation performs very well in compare

with those similar nations out of the colonial era. My study shows that a peaceful, no war

inside the island, hardworking, and the sound school infrastructure system generate the

continuity of renewal environment. Taiwan is the top economic power around the world

and is one of the few nations comes out of the U.S. limited amount and time of financial

aid. To solve the refugee problem facing the world if there is a will and there must be a way.
