Anxiety as a kind of human suffering/Carlos Pueblo
Buddha says
that human life is suffering and he categorizes 8 difference suffering
In our
lifetime, birth, age; illness; death; departure of love one; meet the hatred;
desire in
vain; and anxiety. These are all from our sensible organs in our body. I
feel that
people all over the world are in anxiety nowadays due to the uncertain
of the world
affairs, Taiwanese worry about the pressure that the Chinese regime
threaten to
them while the American anxiety come from Donald Trump every day
for at least
half of the population. Here are several simple steps which I think can
release
certain pressure of anxiety.
First of
all, we must work hard to keep our job in order to maintain our income and
prepare the
consequence of higher tariffs posted any moment by now. Toyota worries
that every
new vehicle will be increased for $1,800 to affect the U.S. factory, dealers,
and all
workers. Almost all items imported from China will be increased 10% to 25% in
order to
satisfy America First actually is for extra revenue to cover the huge deficit
for the
result of huge tax cut for the corporation and the rich tax rate. We must more
selective on
our money and purchase and must be ourselves first ahead of anyone to
keep our
home economic afloat.
Secondly, we
must vote those people who help Trump to do the evil policies out of
office in
November, 2018, in order to enforce the separation of powers in this nation.
Thirdly, we
must build up our habit and live a meaningful life ourselves from now on.
To exercises
more to keep our good health; to enjoy our four seasons around our neighbor
hood; To go
on traveling to get away from everyday life; to read a non-stressful book; to
listen to
beautiful music; to watch an old movie on Youtube, etc. Anything to avoid the
anxiety. A
light on the other end of the tunnel will be seen and the U.S. and the world
will be back
to normal.
