The U.S. rule of law/Carlos Pueblo
One thing to make most American be proud of their Nation is the U.S. rule of law, one of the three factor, the free speech and the free market system. I am learning now every day on the Trump fiasco of his Presidency. Let us begin with the latest news of the Mar-a-Largo raid of the National Archives and Record Administration complaint on 08/08/2022.
It is all on the daily breaking news on the You Tube. Special agents of the FBI carried a court approval search warrant to search Trump's Florida resort home for missing paper work belonged to the Archives. Trump complained are released the raid to the public. I learned that was his right to do so. Almost all the Republican famous members in the Congress demand the transparency of the un-precedent raid of a former President's home from the Department of Justice and criticize the FBI raid. I learned from the You Tube MSNBC lawyers details explanation of the law why DOJ keeps the secret. Two days later, the Attorney General ordered the Department to file a motion to release the warrant and receipt of the raid to the Florida court and the judge instructed Trump to make a decision to oppose or not for such release. Trump doesn't oppose and we all learn such release information and the lawyers quickly confirmed how many laws, at three, that Trump had violated. It is a life show and good show better than any of the movies or television shows in all time.
I know and believe that Trump must face the law eventually. He is not above the law even thought he think he is. The next immediate law which he is facing is the Fulton County Grand Jury in Georgia for his famous begging votes to change the legitimate election result of the 2020 National Election, the famous life telephone conversation. The Grand Jury is closing on his associates now and him. It is called the obstruction of the justice.
Simultaneously, there is a January 6 insurrection fiasco hearing and a Grand Jury are waiting for him, of course, the hearing is not a legal prosecution yet the Grand Jury is and will have a prosecution followed.
The U.S. rule of law is very sophisticated and completed. The system is set for all citizen to follow the law like driving follow the traffic rules; therefore, it is easier for us to live peacefully. Trump doesn't believe that and he is facing the law now.
We learn every day and every year and I call it a continue education in my life. Believe or not that I have enjoyed this kind of civic education very much.
