Listening to Kayrie to sing/Carlos Pueblo

Listening to Kayrie to sing/Carlos Pueblo

Kayrie Hewitt sings above the Atrium Bar on Deck 7 every night from 8 to 10:30.
I got to know her on the first night at sea for my 2nd Dawn cruise because I chatted
With her keyboard partner, Anderson, about another cruise singer, Rosie Hunt also
from Bridgetown, Barbados. Rosie goes back to Jewel with her keyboard, Mac Nurse
whom I have been very impressed with her imitation of Tina Turner and Michel
Jackson on my first cruise with Jewel and first cruise with Jade. I requested Kayrie
privately for Gladys Knight’s Midnight train to Georgia which is Rosie’s specialist.
She promised yet never fulfilled instead gave me several other old hits. I love her;
therefore, I have the pleasure to adopt her as my daughter and another Barbados’
singer, Danielle Gibson, who sings at another big large Bliss Bar for the younger
audients.

Her team is called Rockaway and she sings for most of the popular hits in the 70’s
and 80’s for most of the matured audients. I have had a very interesting visit of
their hometown, Bridgetown, Barbados to see if there is an hotel or restaurant for
them, especially for Rosie, to perform when they are home for the end of a contract.
It was not successful on my first visit to Barbados and I would attempt to try again.
When she is singing, she reaches to a stage of forget myself in Chinese interpretation
because she appears to engage 100% to her songs and enjoys them and forget
everything around her.

I moved my seat from one section of bar seats where Anderson had his break to
the O’Sheenan’s on Deck 8. Rhea, my beloved daughter the hostess, put me on
a high chair near her stand and I had a better view for the duo’s stage which was
between Deck 7 and Deck 8 by a very well design elevator. Late at night, the
restaurant was not so busy as in the morning or in the afternoon. Rhea had had
the opportunity to listen to the performance as a matter of fact all of us in the
restaurant passengers and staff.
