日前元兒告知眼疾復發，我心中一震，立刻拋棄心中俄羅斯侵略烏克蘭之壓抑，柯墨那醫生不在，但卡佩爾醫生在，上次視網膜斷層手術，是柯墨爾醫生操刀完成，我的責任是開車帶元兒門診，卡佩爾醫生認得我們倆，都是他的特殊病戶，他說看不出有何問題，但元兒所顧慮之眼內雜物，醫生曰可以洗淨，我以為眼藥水洗滌，結果是雷射處理，需要元兒到專室，雷射機從他處搬來，儀器並不大，顯然不是卡大夫專用，開車回家，詢問元兒手術效果如何？他說雜物已除，感謝上帝，感謝他公司的健康保險，也感謝他認命工作，有健保來保護健康，這是有品質的人生，我這週六開始，也需在網路上糖尿病課八週，我的醫生和老人健保規定。

我在診斷室外，遇見一年輕中國女留學生，也來看卡大夫，卡大夫是視網膜專科，因此我問她的普通眼醫，她說是學校醫生推薦過來，她的眼睛有黑影，視力每況愈下，她說學校，貝勒醫學院，提供健保，令我感動不已，我在2001年失業，一時找不到有健保之工作，要求兩位剛上大學之子女，投保學校基本開刀住院險，如今始知他們倆為省錢，而且也不重視健保，根本未曾投保，我算是命大。有一年我在英國布理斯特市旅行，陪一位在客棧認識之比利時女學生，到附近藥局診所注冊，加入全英國健保，完全免費，我有許多感慨。

像英美歐許多國家，對居民健康之重視和照顧，真令中國統治者汗顏，令俄羅斯普丁汗顏，蔣介石和毛澤東的統治中國，把健康異議者，打成殘廢，美其名為國家安全，普丁濫殺無辜，發動戰爭，真是可惡野蠻。

Many flies show up in my library uninvited and I have no idea the reason why is so suddenly. Amy is very clean who vacuums and shampoo every room all the time. She tells me none are down stair and after a day shows me a broken hole on the west side of the wall between the first and second story. It must be a dead animal inside the attic. I use an aluminum leader to get up to the roof and put a piece of wood board over the hole. The wood siding is actually not a wood but a compressed paper product. Forty years ago, the builder tried to save money and used the cheap material. I know that I must replace the deteriorated siding or at least replace the rotten parts for the time being.

I have seen many of our neighbors doing remodel works on their property such as replacing roofs, replacing sidings, paintings, and the foundation repair, etc. When you decide to sell the house, you must do the house repair and make it more appealing or no body will show their interest. I have had some experience of doing the house repair because I used to have rental houses. Back that time, there were some handy persons within our community to do the remodel service. They could come in as a general contractor and finished the need. After they were retired, I also got rid of my rental property in 2001 and I thought that I no longer needed to worry about the house repair.

I am wrong. Not only that I have to face the appliances but also the structure of the house. It comes to me all the time and I don't like it. Once I decide to live in a single dwelling house other than the apartment or a retirement senior living, I must do the house repair by hiring some one again to meet the need. If I stay in an apartment, I may complain about the landlord for not response quickly to the needed repair. My problem is that I live too far away from my able daughter Michelle. She is very good at the house repair while the son stays home with us Arthur, he is not interested. I feel sorry for myself that I must climb up to the roof at my old age.

樓上書室有蒼蠅，我需要橡皮筋擊落，十分煩人，而且每日均有，語告愛美曰，樓下不見蒼蠅，而且她是第一名家庭主婦，隨時真空除塵打掃，今午曰發現原因，原來西面木牆有破洞，約是有小動物，松鼠或老鼠死在閣樓頂，屍體引來蒼蠅，難怪蒼蠅源源不絕，於是我找了一塊木板，小心登上屋頂，扶著牆壁踏上石棉瓦，都是老頭矣，仍需爬上爬下，釘上兩根鐵釘，固定木塊，剛好遮住破洞，原來木牆壁板是紙造，偷工減料，四十年老屋，當然開始要壞，房屋需要整修，

常見房屋整修，像屋頂，木牆，和油漆，屋頂是三十年內必換新瓦，紙木牆就像蔗板，可以換為水泥板，可以撐住三十年，三十年我就再見矣，油漆也可以十年，這些都是住屋維護，都要花錢，都要預算。

以前房屋整修多次，均因出售房屋，需要整修，否則賣不出去，賣不出去，房屋儲蓄掛在牆壁上，我因賣兩棟出租屋，拿到一筆十萬美金，當年又失業，2001年，兩小孩高中畢業，正先後上大學，州立大學，整修房屋所得現款，幫忙渡過難關，現在整修房屋，完全是為家人，我實在也很需要簡單，而且老邁已至，愛美曰難說也，蓋同鄉老人，男人超過八十者常見，彼曰我活上八十，應不困難，就是少吃巧克力，注意糖尿病，所以仍需面對房屋整修。

炒菜電爐今日將送到，我們將請老師傅來裝上，上次跟他談過油漆，現在可能需加上木牆換新，再油漆，他說地基也需整修，否則室內無法油漆，住屋不簡單，當然租屋租公寓經驗不同。

Russia invades Ukraine now and I must know what the current world political situation is. My retirement fund through mutual funds is down above 30%, of course, the U.S. IRS is also affected. We all dislike the war and what can we do about it?

It has taken Russia about 10 years to conquer Chechen and Ukraine is larger than Chechen. I don't think the U.S. has involved in Chechen; therefore, Ukraine Russia shall last a bit longer and I must manage my limited fund to fight the depressed stock market and the inflation, i.e. the oil price is above $112 a barrel now.

I watch the You Tube political videos almost all the time during the day to see what is happening in the current world political situation. As a matter of the fact that is what happens in our history in the future. Stubborn Putin still insists to continue the war in Ukraine not matter how many refugee created and how many life lost. We can't help to save life in a peace time in the world yet people like Putin love to kill healthy people for their ego and stupid reasons of any kind.

I am so fortunate myself that I live in the United States where I think the war is far away. If I didn't immigrate to this great nation, I would be suffering from the same situation of Ukraine in Taiwan. China likes to invades Taiwan for their stupid One China policy and majority nations of the world agree to it. It is a destiny of some people in this world like Taiwanese that we have a bad neighbor China like Ukraine has Russia.

俄羅斯之普丁食髓知味，揮軍入侵烏克蘭，激戰一週，全球關注，我先關切我退休金，大約縮水30％，我內心有準備，就是不看股市指數，只看每日升降，然後注意石油股，今年退休金將全領石油股，所以我還是賣高，現在石油價已經一桶$110，高科技股基金可以等待。美國總統也非常小心翼翼，昨晚他的國情咨文，益顯他和白宮團隊的穩健，我說明如下。

美國譴責普丁無人性，但不出兵，自討無趣，美國提供情報，武器，和戰技等給烏克蘭，而且歐洲跟進，有趣的是傭兵想法的出現，世界上有很多人尚武，很多人喜歡動刀動槍動砲，應該鼓勵他們接受軍事訓練，上陣殺敵，不要只目標手無寸鐵的學童和野生動物，執干戈可已為社稷，也可以為正義，憲法第二修正案，如能保護弱勢，豈不完美？

美國帶頭經濟制裁俄羅斯和普丁本人，連我這種小咳，退休金縮水都心痛不已，何況俄羅斯當事人，俄羅斯股市已經關閉三日，俄羅斯準備拿一百億美金入場助陣，連普丁的兩千億美金都投入，也是枉然，這次普丁和俄羅斯是死定矣。

烏克蘭人吃苦，俄羅斯人也吃苦，死那麼多人，普丁一定要受審，和過去戰犯一樣，如果普丁無事，那麼世界都將為其征服，人能相信乎？甚麼人玩甚麼鳥，這是中國人黑話，普丁沒讀甚麼書，不知道為人民服務之機會高貴，卻自找死路，不如有錢也是無錢，有錢無處花錢，等於無錢，普丁已經69歲，人家拜她79歲，也生活好好，笑罵由人笑罵，像我這種人就感謝他，幫美國除川普之亂，現在又再除普丁之亂，不久要幫台灣一除習近平之亂，都不動一兵一卒，死傷無辜，國際政治現勢真是有趣。

Today is a week after Putin invades Ukraine. Russia is exposed its weakness that Putin's military force can't conquer Ukraine within 48 hours, instead it is suffered a heavy loss of life and money. The rest of the world is not afraid of Russia at all. Biden delivered a State of the Union address last night and we knew that he would not sent U.S. troop to Ukraine to fight off Russian. 

Many nations encourage their citizen to join the foreign legion to fight in Ukraine. It is an excellent idea that for those who light to fight a war and can make a small fortune. It is  also a meaningful way of life to fight the injustice. Let Russian aggressors pay the price. Of course, it is very sorry to see so many Ukraine victims during this war or what can you do with a neighbor nation like Russia? There are many nations in this world can not obtain the peace even after the nation is established.

Taiwan is an example. I pay so much attention to Ukraine because of Taiwan. Taiwan has a neighbor like Russia which will not leave Taiwan alone. As long as we keep away the Nationalist Chinese away from power, we can be better manage our defense to Chinese aggression. The U.S. will trust Taiwan in the supply of the modern weaponry otherwise American may have the concern that Nationalist Chinese may sell them to China.

The entire Europe is united now against the Russian aggression and they all know that once Putin gets Ukraine he will attack Poland and Baltic nations. I am glad that Biden imposes sanctions on Russia as well as Putin personally. Russia must pay the price. Go Ukraine! Go Taiwan!

俄軍入侵烏克蘭第一週，烏克蘭人仍舊誓死抵抗，俄軍受挫，普丁威脅核彈武器，拜登並不隨雞起舞，石油一桶已逼近$105，但是我投資之石油股價，仍不起色，因為該公司在俄羅斯投資巨大油田，仍是一文不值，因此我甚不滿普丁之無知與瘋狂，連我都不得安寧。

現在台灣的電視台，已經開始報導俄烏戰況，幾日前台灣電視很憂慮講錯話，以為烏克蘭無法抵抗，我都要看一位中國難民之自播節目，他念手稿肯定講出烏克蘭人之前五日頑強抵抗，俄軍死亡人數，隨後全球輿論跟進，非常有趣。

我剛讀畢一小說，依諾菈葛，就是投擲第一顆原子彈到日本廣島故事始末，依諾菈葛是正駕駛母親之大名，為飛機命名，美國從開始秘密準備，到投擲核彈，一共耗時一年，日本毫無所悉，否則昭和天皇一定提早投降。現在普丁揚言準備核戰，我們都相信俄羅斯有此能力，而且俄羅斯找白俄羅斯共謀，台灣的名嘴分析，普丁將使用小型核彈，掛在火箭上，或是從砲管發射，如此不需耗費一年準備，這種小型核彈，曾經有過介紹，一位台灣人被指控賣技術給中國，被撤職失業，後來又被判無罪，因此我稍有常識。

普丁要打核戰，目標是誰？烏克蘭？烏克蘭太近，輻射線必將波及俄羅斯本土，要攻擊美國？美國太遠，而且美軍有雷根的星際戰爭準備，一日無法摧毀全美國，美國勢必陸海空三度空間報復，就是長程飛彈，空中轟炸機，海上海底軍艦發射核彈，普丁不讀書，但俄羅斯軍方，應向他報告，除非普丁已瘋，但俄羅斯軍方，不應全瘋，就像我們川普瘋，美軍不瘋，擔心的普洛西眾議長，有軍方保證，此事去年剛發生。

拜登很有智慧，按兵不動，只送武器給烏克蘭，傭兵參戰，歐洲各國跟進，所以普丁要嚐試苦頭，一天兩百億美金燒掉，錢又被世界凍結，普丁如意算盤是，洗劫烏克蘭，像洗劫早期各國，車臣和烏克蘭之克里米亞等，否則他如何擁有兩千億美金資產？俄羅斯又沒有高科技，我想不出可以累積如此財富，有錢就是無錢，一日遭受海牙國際法庭戰犯審判，兩千億也是零，中國的習近平切記。
